Requirements
Must:
- 3 - 5 years' experience of the Laravel PHP Framework.
- 2 years' experience of using/supporting MySQL/SQL bespoke database applications.
- Experience with Jira and Bitbucket or similar systems.
- A personable and friendly character, with a natural ability to motivate others.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Organized, multitasked, and professional demeanor.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Desire for personal growth in a growing and ambitious company.
- Understanding of a client-first focus, with a commitment to going the extra mile.
*Desirable (not essential) experience:*
- Good UX/UI skills.
- Git versioning.
- Composer.
- NPM / NodeJS.
- Tailwind / CSS.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on development work per project requirements.
- Write technical specifications.
- Regularly work to improve performance and stability of products.
- Collaborate with wider development teams and the product owner to ensure our products continuously align with the business plan.
- Utilize development tools, especially Jira and Bitbucket, for QA/testing, particularly with integration of other application elements.
- Enjoy both team-based and independent work.

Our PHP Laravel Developer will understand the significance of key fundamentals such as timeliness, accurate reporting, attention to detail, teamwork, self-reliance, and enthusiasm. We offer a competitive annual salary of £35 - £40k, depending on experience, along with benefits like pension contributions, a laptop, and monthly social lunches. The working hours are flexible, 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with options for office-based, hybrid, or remote work.
