Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with solid experience in cross-platform mobile development for iOS and Android, ideally with Next.js. A strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Ionic is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Context API, GitHub, and testing tools like Jest is required. You should have a proven ability to troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize user performance, along with knowledge of software architecture and engineering best practices.
Desirable qualifications include Azure, .NET, CI/CD (YAML), accessibility standards, exposure to financial services applications, and familiarity with Storybook for component documentation.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, responsive web and mobile user experiences using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Ionic. You will translate UX designs and wireframes into polished front-end interfaces. Additionally, you will develop and maintain shared UI components, including documentation via Storybook, and write clean, maintainable, and testable code using Jest and React Testing Library. You will also partner with backend developers for API integration and delivery and act as a subject matter expert in UI/mobile development within the wider digital team.
