Requirements
Must:
- I require 10+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, or operational resilience, ideally within financial services.
- A strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including FFIEC, OCC, FINRA, and FRB is essential.
- I expect certified professionals (such as ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, MBCI or similar) to apply.
- Excellent influencing, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills are a must.
- A background in finance, risk, or emergency management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- I oversee the bank's Incident Management planning and testing programs.
- I lead incident response initiatives, horizon scanning, and tabletop exercises.
- Ensuring that resilience frameworks meet major regulatory standards (FFIEC, OCC, FRB) is a key part of my role.
- I drive process and policy improvements across Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Incident Management (IM) functions.
- I partner with senior stakeholders across Security, Technology, DR, and BC teams.
- Managing audits, regulatory reviews, and contract negotiations is part of my responsibilities.
- I lead and develop a small team of IM and resilience experts.
