Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with experience in IAM administration within mid-to-large organizations (1,000+ users). You should have strong skills in Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, RBAC, MFA, and SSO. An understanding of IAM frameworks, compliance standards, and cybersecurity best practices is essential. Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Freshservice is also important. Additionally, a Microsoft certification in Identity & Access is a plus, and experience in the retail or multi-site operations sector is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage the user identity lifecycle, which includes onboarding, access control, role changes, and offboarding. You will maintain systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365. You will also administer access policies including RBAC, MFA, and SSO, ensuring compliance with GDPR, FCA, and other regulations. Automating IAM workflows and supporting audit readiness will be a key part of your responsibilities as well. Collaboration with People Operations, Compliance, Finance, and other teams will be essential to the success of our IAM function.
