Must:
We are looking for proficient programmers to join our team to train our AI chatbots to code. You must be fluent in English and proficient in either Python and/or JavaScript. Additionally, having expertise in at least one programming language/framework such as TypeScript, C, C#, C++, HTML/CSS, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, SQL, Swift, etc., is essential. You should be detail-oriented with excellent writing and grammar skills. A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with the chatbots we are building to measure their progress and to write and evaluate code. You will need to come up with diverse problems and solutions for the coding chatbot and write high-quality answers and code snippets. Evaluating the code quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance will also be part of your responsibilities.
Description
As part of the application process, you will complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to various projects, and based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive projects regularly. We find that our most successful candidates work between 5-20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours. This is a full-time or part-time remote position, and you’ll have the flexibility to choose the projects you want to work on and set your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly, with bonuses given for high-quality and high-volume work. Payment is made via PayPal, and we will never ask for any money from you. PayPal will handle any currency conversions from USD. The pay rate is £30.89 per hour.
