Must:
As a candidate, you will need to have commercial mastery of modern programming languages. Our current tech landscape includes PHP (Slim Framework), JavaScript (React), and MySQL. You should have a proven track record with MVC frameworks or contemporary JavaScript frameworks and be willing to learn about accessibility best practices in front-end development. Proficiency with testing frameworks and a keen understanding of software design principles are essential. We also expect expertise in source control, particularly Git, along with excellent written and oral communication skills. You should be able to work both individually and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will help drive technical design decisions behind internal projects, delivering iterative design work across various software components. Your responsibilities will include engaging in dynamic pair programming, brainstorming on whiteboards, and collectively architecting robust solutions. Every line of code will benefit from thoughtful peer review, and you will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure high-quality outputs.
