Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Lead/Senior Full Stack Developer with the following skills and experience:
- Strong front-end skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or .NET.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (both SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD tools.
- Development experience using Delphi/Object Pascal and Windows VCL is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on position, I will expect you to:
- Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
- Lead full stack development efforts encompassing both front-end and back-end.
- Set and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical guidance.
- Build end-to-end features across the entire stack.
- Lead the integration of APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Support the Chief Product Officer (CPO) within the existing application's Delphi codebase.
- Assist the CPO in migrating business logic into new API microservices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Partner with the product owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Work with UI/UX teams to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Communicate project statuses, technical decisions, and risks to stakeholders.
Description

You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and will have the opportunity to recruit your own small team. This role involves driving the migration of a legacy Windows VCL application to a modern multi-tiered web application with a browser-based front-end integrated with RESTful API microservices, providing context and business logic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable and efficient applications, especially in delivering microservices.
