Senior Infrastructure Engineer for Mobile Device Services

I am seeking a candidate with significant demonstrable experience in building, configuring, administering, and supporting infrastructure technologies, integrations, and solutions for Mobile Devices (iOS/Android), such as Workspace One and Intune. You should possess strong expert knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management software and principles, with experience in deploying, configuring, and supporting mobile clients like Apple iOS and Samsung Knox devices. A strong working knowledge and practical experience with Cloud Hosted infrastructure services within AWS and Azure is essential, including a solid understanding of networking principles in a security-conscious environment. You should be practiced in deploying infrastructure via pipelines using CI/CD tools and methodologies. A detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune configuration and policies is required, along with an understanding of Identity principles, SSO, and Certificate-Based Authentication. Additionally, a broad technology skillset including an understanding of front-end and back-end programming languages, preferably Swift, Kotlin, Python, and .NET, is needed. I expect you to have extensive experience in troubleshooting, owning, and managing problem records, including performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA). You must also demonstrate a working knowledge of Change and Incident management principles, preferably within the ITIL framework.
