Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a busy and demanding Application Support Environment.
- Proven experience in implementing or supporting NEC Housing software within Housing Associations or Local Authorities.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles; formal qualifications at Foundation level are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-line support for NEC Housing applications, escalating to suppliers or in-house squads for third-line support when necessary.
- Work closely with suppliers to manage and resolve third-line incidents and ensure delivery against SLAs.
- Take ownership of priority incidents, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
- Contribute to internal and external service reviews and maintain the application roadmap.
Description
We are excited to invite you to join our London-based housing firm as an NEC Application Support Analyst / NEC Specialist on a permanent basis. In this role, you will take ownership of the NEC Housing software portfolio, ensuring the system is performant, fully supported, and always meets our business needs. You will report to the Lead Applications Support Analyst and collaborate closely with our IT Service Desk, in-house squads, Product Owners, and suppliers.
