Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Java programming within a highly complex enterprise environment.
- Experience and practical knowledge of Agile development practices and environments.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Oracle.
- An excellent understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- A willingness to learn and develop skill sets.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply expert knowledge of industry standards, policies, and organizational structure to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues across wider technology functions.
- Proactively evaluate and resolve technical challenges and blockers to minimize their impact on the team’s delivery and/or supported products.
- Research emerging technologies and practices to propose improvements and innovations that benefit the business.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to share knowledge, provide updates, influence, challenge, and take on feedback.
- Continue to learn and develop your skill sets and knowledge.
