Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a 24x7 technical support environment and working with critical customer production systems
- Specialization in Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune
- Familiarity with core networking services (DNS, DHCP), Windows Server Active Directory, and Entra Connect
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; collaborative and pragmatic approach
- SC Clearance (or the ability to achieve it - must be a British citizen with the past 5 years continually based in the UK)
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support for issues escalated from the service desk, covering Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms
- Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, ensuring issues are diagnosed, resolved, and documented within agreed SLAs
- Perform day-to-day administration of client M365 environments, including user and license management, mailbox permissions, and security group administration
- Administer and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
- Work on a shift-based rota, including overnight shifts, while adapting to changing demands

Please note that our office is likely to move to Preston in the coming months.
