Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading AI, ML, or automation initiatives in a digital or tech-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and their business applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure ML, Vertex AI, UiPath).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- An analytical and commercially focused mindset, able to identify and quantify impact.
Desirable:
- Technical background in data science, engineering, or computer science.
- Understanding of AI ethics and governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 42001, UK AI regulations).
- Experience in agile, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Exposure to enterprise digital transformation or change management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and own our enterprise-wide AI and automation roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize high-value use cases involving GenAI, LLMs, RPA, and intelligent agents.
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI/ML models into production systems.
- Partner with product, engineering, operations, and business units to scale AI capabilities.
- Advocate for responsible AI practices in line with UK and international standards.
- Lead internal education initiatives, such as demos, workshops, and playbooks, to boost AI literacy.
- Develop frameworks for AI project governance, lifecycle management, and ROI tracking.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external AI platform vendors and partners.
- Stay informed about trends in GenAI, MLOps, RPA, and regulatory changes.
