Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in close-knit IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Experience with Windows Server 2016 and above (implementation, migration, administration)
- Proficiency in Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware
- Familiarity with O365 Admin Centre (SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Knowledge of Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)
- Exposure to managing cloud-hosted environments (Azure)
- Networking skills: LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, configuration of firewalls and switches
- Full UK driver's license
Responsibilities
In this Senior IT Engineer role, you will assist in developing technical knowledge within the support team. We seek someone with a real passion for IT who can provide outstanding customer service. You will serve as the final escalation point for our 1st and 2nd Line Support team, allowing you to engage in various cloud-based projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career while gaining more project exposure. There will be occasional visits to customer sites as required.

With this position, you can expect a starting salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, along with a discretionary bonus, 31 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays and a Christmas shutdown period), a private medical scheme, a contributory pension scheme, and much more.
