Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with at least five years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration. You should possess strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking (including VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and VOIP), and cloud-based technologies. Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional or Cisco CCNA are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our organisation's digital infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and compliance with Cyber Essentials Plus standards. You will take ownership of server and network maintenance, manage system upgrades, oversee backups and disaster recovery, and administer Office 365, Azure, and Intune environments. Additionally, your role will involve supporting cybersecurity initiatives, assisting in the delivery of long-term digital projects, and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
