Requirements
Must:
- Experience designing and implementing company-wide data strategies
- Proficiency in utilizing a variety of data repositories
- Familiarity with a diverse range of data products (such as Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience with Python and SQL
- (Desirable) People management experience
- (Desirable) Experience in engineering or a B2B enterprise-scale business
Responsibilities
As the Data and Business Intelligence Manager, my role will focus on designing and delivering a comprehensive company-wide data strategy. I will also develop a robust business intelligence and reporting function across the organization. I will oversee a small team of direct reports and have the opportunity to expand this team in the future. My responsibility will include driving the team and the wider company forward from a technical perspective, ensuring that our overarching strategy aligns with our goals of enhancing user and customer experience, refining our ecommerce strategy, and improving our technical platforms for greater alignment and efficiency across the business.

We are currently seeking a Data and Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at a leading European technical product specialist, which is undergoing an exciting tech and digital transformation. This position offers a salary of up to £80K with hybrid working arrangements based at our Wigan and Wythenshawe sites.
