Must:
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of professional frontend development experience. You should have strong skills in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS architecture. We value demonstrated experience in leading or heavily contributing to design systems and making UI/UX decisions. A confident understanding of data visualization tools and principles is essential. Additionally, experience in Agile environments and the ability to work in cross-functional teams are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this hybrid role, I will lead the development of modern, high-performing React applications while also owning the design language, visual consistency, and user journey of our products. I will design and implement modern, scalable user interfaces using React and TypeScript, and I will be responsible for creating a cohesive design system and reusable component libraries. I will translate complex datasets into clear, compelling data visualizations using tools like Chart.js and D3.js. This position allows me to own the end-to-end UX process, from conducting user research and wireframing to testing and gathering feedback. Collaboration with stakeholders to align design decisions with business and user needs will be key. I will integrate the frontend with RESTful APIs and real-time data streams, advocate for accessibility, performance, and best practices in frontend development, and mentor junior engineers to contribute to a high-performing Agile team.
