Requirements
Must:
To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience of 8+ years working with SuiteCRM or SugarCRM development. You must possess strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MVC frameworks. A familiarity with CRM database schema and customization best practices is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with version control systems, such as Git. We are looking for someone who can work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, along with possessing excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and customize modules, workflows, and plug-ins in SuiteCRM to meet our business requirements. You will implement new features and maintain existing functionality, ensuring a strong focus on performance and scalability. You will also create and manage REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, QA, and UI/UX designers, will be vital as you translate requirements into technical solutions. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, while maintaining technical documentation for all developed features and customizations. It is crucial that you ensure our system meets the best practices in coding standards, security, and data integrity.
