Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with proven experience administering Cisco Webex and Cisco Meetings in a secure, enterprise environment. You should possess a strong understanding of unified communications and collaboration tools, with experience using Cisco Control Hub, the Webex administration portal, and reporting/analytics. Additionally, familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and strong troubleshooting skills for voice, video, and conferencing services are essential. Candidates with knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) or other Cisco UC platforms, as well as exposure to hybrid deployments and enterprise collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, and Slack, will be favored. You must also hold SC Clearance.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will administer, configure, and maintain our Cisco Webex and Cisco Meetings environments. You will manage user accounts, permissions, licensing, and policies while monitoring system performance and availability. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving incidents quickly, supporting upgrades and patching, and integrating our collaboration tools with other systems. Collaborating with security and networking teams, you will enforce compliance and security standards. Additionally, you will develop and maintain documentation, establish best practices, and operational procedures, and serve as an escalation point for collaboration-related support issues.
Description
This position is offered as 6-9 month initial contracts, with a competitive rate of £550-£600 per day, inside IR35. Working arrangements are hybrid from either Berkshire or Yorkshire, and candidates must hold SC Clearance to be considered. We are looking for someone who is passionate about unified collaboration services and is committed to ensuring seamless and secure communication across our organization.
