Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in web design and UX.
- Strong understanding of user experience, funnels, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing or conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, WordPress).
- Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-converting website funnels that guide visitors from awareness to action.
- Design landing pages, product pages, and lead-capture forms aligned with user intent and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and web agency to align design, campaign goals, and technical aspects.
- Use analytics and heatmaps (Matomo, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) to assess performance and identify UX issues.
- Manage and interpret A/B testing results to support design and content decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Ensure usability, responsiveness, and accessibility across all devices.
- Coordinate with developers for more advanced technical updates.
- Support SEO and GEO initiatives through design and layout optimization.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics each month to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
