Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Remote Support or similar role within the IT industry.
- A high level of technical understanding and skill to complete projects from start to finish.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Passion for technology and its impact on client success.

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for your own performance and strive to deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction.
- Document work accurately in our Professional Services Automation (PSA) system for every customer request.
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients and internally about project updates, ticket discussions, and escalations.
- Ensure that you approach each project with a detail-oriented mindset, following the defined scope and maintaining accuracy to meet client expectations.
- Manage pressure effectively while handling a queue of tickets, phone calls, and alerts in a fast-paced environment.
- Become a 'Product Champion' for a specific tool we use or sell, ensuring expert knowledge and building strong vendor relationships, as well as managing internal training and documentation for that product.
- Participate in client visits for projects that require on-site implementation, ensuring professionalism and keeping clients informed throughout the project process.

You will be involved in project installations, ranging from individual PC setups to comprehensive VoIP rollouts, blending remote support with on-site responsibilities. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the potential for additional hours post-probation at a time-and-a-half rate or time in lieu. Additional shifts will be scheduled on a rota basis, and travel may be necessary for client visits outside standard working hours. Performance bonuses and employee ownership profit shares are available after the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
