Requirements

Must:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to convey technical information to a diverse audience. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively, including the capacity to negotiate and influence senior management. - Understanding of database technology, particularly in the context of storing and manipulating large datasets (hundreds of millions of transactions). - Analytical skills with a proven ability to think critically. - A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving. - Proven experience using a marketing automation tool (e.g., SAS Customer Intelligence, Unica, FastStats). - Experience in capturing and interpreting business requirements, and creating and implementing technical and data briefs. - Proven experience in launching and managing large-scale, complex projects to completion. - Experience in designing and delivering complex cross-channel marketing data selections and journeys, ensuring quality and compliance with agreed business rules.

Responsibilities

- I will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of various data selections, leading and independently managing diverse data selection projects. - I will ensure the quick turnaround of marketing data for emergency appeals across multiple channels to both the public and existing supporters. - I will adhere to data protection regulations, ensuring compliance during communications with supporters. - I will proactively utilize business analysis methodologies and templates to conduct regular process reviews, identifying potential shortfalls and proposing corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. - I will amend activities and measurement processes based on feedback and insights from service monitoring. - I will identify key risks and propose solutions to mitigate these risks. - I will produce guidance and best practices regarding tools, technology, and functionality to ensure reliable and scalable data delivery and journey solutions. - I will use agreed standards and tools to design, test, deliver, and document selections and journeys. - I will serve as a program lead for one or more stakeholder teams, understanding their requirements, ensuring they are prioritized, and keeping stakeholders updated throughout the process.

Description

This position is based in the UK, with flexible working arrangements, including frequent work in our London office. The salary for the role ranges from £46,177 to £50,300 per annum for a fixed-term contract of one year, covering maternity leave. In return for your commitment and expertise, you will receive 36 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), with the option to purchase five extra days.
