Requirements
Must:
We are looking for individuals with a strong knowledge and understanding of product development and product life-cycle management. A solid grasp of product discovery techniques and data analysis tools is essential. You should have previous experience with technical systems and the fundamental technology that underpins them. You will also need agile scrum experience and proven abilities in stakeholder management across varying levels of technical literacy, enabling you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. A collaborative, positive, organized, and adaptable work attitude is important, along with previous experience in managing supplier relationships and optimizing costs. You should be proactive in finding improved methods for doing things and enhancing your technical know-how. Experience with analytical techniques is a must, as is the ability to manage a diverse and challenging workload while thinking critically and constructively.
Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you will own the roadmap for a portfolio of products, ensuring they are prioritized to maximize user value and support our business goals. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization and work with a scrum team composed of experts in UX, development, QA, delivery, and content. We are recruiting for three specific Product Owner roles, each responsible for different product sets, including our M365 suite, Compliance Solution, and CMS infrastructure.
