Must:
We are looking for a PMO Analyst with a comprehensive understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Lean methodologies. You should hold a certification in at least one delivery methodology and have hands-on experience with a range of Agile frameworks. You must be skilled in interpreting data and presenting insights through clear, actionable dashboards. Previous experience managing bi-modal portfolios and expertise in selecting delivery methodologies to achieve optimal results is essential. You should also have a demonstrable track record of successfully overseeing technology projects and be proficient in using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and workflow tools. Being a motivated self-starter, you will work without close supervision, possessing exceptional organizational skills, robust planning and prioritization abilities, and creativity in problem-solving.

As a PMO Analyst, you will assist in a significant transformation program aimed at improving support for leveraging technology in our mission. You will contribute to the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of our business-as-usual activities while fostering effective cross-technology collaboration. Your role will include supporting and upholding delivery standards and best practices, as well as reporting on technology project and product portfolios.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position with hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work from home and spend at least one day per week, on average, in our London office.
