It-Manager

As our IT Manager, you will evaluate emerging technologies to enhance our operational efficiency and security. You will manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Your role will include maintaining and supporting our case management system, ensuring the availability, integrity, and performance of all IT systems, networks, and software. You will oversee regular system licenses, upgrades, and backups while providing hands-on support for hardware and software issues throughout the organization. Delivering Partner training and guidance to staff will be part of your responsibilities, as will acting as the main point of contact for any IT-related queries or incidents. You will monitor systems for potential threats or vulnerabilities and implement proactive security measures, ensuring compliance with GDPR, legal industry regulations, and data protection laws. Additionally, you will maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, manage third-party vendors, and lead IT projects, including system migrations and infrastructure improvements. Managing our firm websites and arranging logins for new staff while providing onboarding training for IT systems will also be your tasks.
