We are looking for a self-starter who can navigate through our organization to obtain the necessary answers and support required to excel in this role. You must be a strong communicator, capable of preparing for meetings and remaining calm under pressure, with the ability to identify common ground and/or win-win solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will typically manage between 10-20 projects simultaneously, understanding that each project is unique in size and workload. You will attend and influence the handover from Sales to Projects, either in person or remotely, based on customer needs. Additionally, you will oversee the handover to Support and closely collaborate with various departments including Sales, Business Partners, Implementation, Finance, Support, and Development. Your primary responsibility will be to take projects from inception (sales) to the point of going live before handing them over to Support. You will also need to produce a monthly Work in Progress (WIP) report to be delivered on the 1st of each month.
Description
This position is located at our head office in Letchworth Garden City, and the successful candidate will work full time at the office. The salary for this role is approximately £60,000.
