We are looking for a Junior Firmware Developer who is seeking a long-term position within our team. Ideally, you should be passionate about your work and possess a keen personal interest in computers and electronics. Relevant qualifications are preferred, and while experience with microcontrollers in C is advantageous, it is not essential.
Responsibilities
As a Junior Firmware Developer, you will design and develop embedded firmware for our cutting-edge products. You will work on schematic capture and PCB layout, helping to bring designs from concepts to reality. Additionally, you will test and debug both hardware and software to ensure that our products meet high standards. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior engineers to learn and enhance your skills while contributing to all stages of the product development process, from initial design to final production.
Description
The salary for this position ranges from £25,000 to £35,000. We offer Bupa Private Health Insurance after the probation period and a profit-sharing arrangement after one year of service. There is parking available on-site, including facilities for electric and hybrid car charging. Furthermore, after three years of service, you will receive an additional five holiday days, and we offer three days of leave during the Christmas and New Year period, with a full office shutdown.
