Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with advanced knowledge of enterprise multi-cluster design, particularly in integrating CUCM and Unity Connections, as well as expertise in Cisco Video and Conferencing solutions, including Telepresence, TMS, and Webex. Experience with Nice Perform or Nice Engage, along with Oracle SBC design and configuration, is a plus. A strong background in Expressway Edge and CORE is also desired. Excellent communication, relationship management, and logical reasoning skills are essential. Furthermore, understanding of the Nice Trading platform and experience working with WebEx support will be beneficial. Advanced level Voice certifications such as CCNA Voice, CCNP, and CCIE (Cisco Certifications) are highly desirable, along with experience in complex Contact Center infrastructure.
Responsibilities
As a Voice Support Engineer, I will be responsible for managing all aspects of Voice Projects and Operations Support. This includes handling operations and project activities on voice infrastructure, testing circuits and components of malfunctioning unified communications equipment, and analyzing telecommunications systems to troubleshoot complex issues in a mission-critical environment. I will monitor system performance daily, provide security measures, and manage voice services including design, implementation, troubleshooting of complex VOIP issues, testing, provisioning, and emergency response for ongoing network operations. I will oversee the deployment of upgrades to existing voice, video, and related systems in a multi-location environment, ensuring projects are completed on time. Collaboration with Project Teams, including Operations, contract resources, and third-party vendors, will be crucial. Furthermore, I will lead incident investigations and root cause analysis while supporting the Incident/Problem Manager and Technology Service owner to deliver quality operations for our Voice and Video Services.
