Must:
I am looking for a Junior Firmware Developer who is eager to commit to a long-term position as part of our team. You should be passionate about your work and demonstrate a keen personal interest in computers and electronics. Relevant qualifications are essential. While not mandatory, experience with microcontrollers, particularly in C, would be a valuable addition.
Responsibilities
As a Junior Firmware Developer, you will have the opportunity to design and develop embedded firmware for our cutting-edge products. You will work on schematic capture and PCB layout, helping to bring designs from concepts to reality. Testing and debugging both hardware and software to ensure our products meet high standards will be part of your role. You will also collaborate with senior engineers to learn and hone your skills, contributing to all stages of the product development process, from initial design through to final production.
Description
The successful candidate will be offered a salary between £25,000 and £35,000. Additional benefits include Bupa Private Health Insurance (after the probation period), a Profit Share Arrangement (after one year of service), on-site parking (including electric/hybrid car charging), an additional 5 holiday days after 3 years of service, and an additional 3 days of leave during the Christmas period with a full office shutdown.
