Requirements
Must:
- I have a degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- I bring a background in FinTech, SaaS, or finance with successful on-time and on-budget delivery.
- I possess experience in test case execution and defect tracking.
- I demonstrate a strong understanding of development phases and change control.
- I have intermediate knowledge of MS SQL, including data querying, manipulation, SQL performance tuning, and experience with SSRS/Power BI.
- I exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- I will deploy and configure financial management software and perform comprehensive testing.
- I will write and customize code as per requirements, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- I will execute unit and end-to-end tests, validating system integration and functionality.
- I will review team members' code and configurations for accuracy and compliance.
- I will prepare and validate software releases for deployment.
- I will investigate and resolve defects reported during acceptance testing.
- I will develop and test patches to address defects and change requests.
Description
I am located in Glasgow or Edinburgh and offer a hybrid working model (2 days per week). The salary for this position is up to £45,000 plus benefits. I cannot provide sponsorship for this role.
