Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for using data to drive improvement. You should have substantial experience in undertaking analysis and interpreting data to identify and produce key findings. Additionally, experience in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends and patterns in data to inform future service delivery is essential. You must possess excellent communication and storytelling skills, being able to tailor messages and deliver them to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to develop and maintain relationships while communicating complex information clearly. A level 6 qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field is required.
Responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will provide support to colleagues working on strategic and operational performance management. Your role will involve identifying where performance insights can inform business decisions and drive improvement. You will work with teams of data developers and analysts to support the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions, ensuring customers receive timely and robust data analysis and insights. You will assist in the completion of statutory requirements and the provision of data sets from multiple sources. Supporting the production of high quality, user-friendly reports and dashboards, including predictive analysis to enhance outcomes for local people and improve organizational effectiveness, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support data cleansing and enhancing data quality to strengthen accountability across the organization and enable data access through the development of 'self-serve' capabilities.
