Software Engineer - Cloud Toft - Toft

In my position as a Software Engineer - Cloud, I am expected to advise and influence decision-making while contributing to policy development and ensuring operational effectiveness. Collaborating closely with other functions and business divisions is key, as is leading a team in performing complex tasks that impact the business function as a whole. I will set objectives and coach team members towards achieving those objectives, appraising performance and determining reward outcomes. My role includes influencing stakeholders to achieve desirable outcomes.
