Run & Operations Engineer - Knutsford

As an Assistant Vice President, we expect you to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with other functions and business divisions, leading a team performing complex tasks. You will set objectives, coach employees, appraise performance relative to those objectives, and determine reward outcomes. For those in individual contributor roles, you'll lead collaborative assignments, guide team members, identify the need for specialization, and develop new policies/procedures in support of governance agendas. You will also engage in complex analysis from multiple sources to creatively solve problems and communicate complex information effectively.
