To be considered for this position, you will need to have a Grade 4 in Maths and a Grade 4 in English. We are looking for someone with a good eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and a passion for numbers. An eagerness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Data & Business Insights Apprentice at Sell Beyond, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights. Your daily tasks will include conducting detailed customer research to understand typical behaviors and characteristics, completing market research using business databases such as LinkedIn and Companies House to identify potential new clients, and inputting and tracking sales data. You will work with tools like HubSpot CRM, Amazon Seller Central, and Vendor Central, and create reports for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Throughout this journey, full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

In this role, you will have a fantastic work-life balance, with a hybrid arrangement of 4 days working from home and 1 day in the office each week. You will be working towards a Level 3 Data & Business Insights Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. The salary for this position is £19,250 per annum, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. You will enjoy 22 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and you will be based in a beautiful rural office setting.
