We are looking for a skilled Product Owner with a strong background in Agile methodologies and digital transformation. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to motivate and challenge the team to produce creative and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in product vision and strategy, user research, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As our Product Owner, you will define and communicate the product vision and strategy to ensure buy-in from relevant stakeholders. You will lead the Scrum team to deliver exceptional products, driving the development of product solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing the Product Roadmap and facilitating continuous improvement
- Overseeing new product development and ensuring backlog management and prioritization
- Planning product releases and launches
- Conducting market analysis to identify user needs and trends
- Focusing on user-centric solutions and incorporating metrics and KPIs to measure success
- Supporting Agile Development teams throughout the project lifecycle, including sprinting, user stories, sprint planning, and working collaboratively with architects and designers
