Requirements
Must:
- A proven track record of successfully building and delivering digital products (web apps and services) to market using agile methodologies.
- Technically excellent: Expert hands-on development skills for building web apps and services.
- Key development skillsets: C#, .NET platform, APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, ARM templates) and React.
- Experience of authentication, access and entity management technology using Azure AD.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Experienced in agile software development.
- Experienced in modern DevOps methodologies and continuous integration using Git.
- Experience in unit testing is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of User Experience methodology and its importance in digital product development.
- Experience building fin-tech and reg-tech products is advantageous.
Responsibilities
As part of our IT Solutions Development team, you will report to the Lead Developer and be responsible for building new enterprise and client-facing applications, as well as enhancing existing applications. Your role will involve working closely with Architects, Solution Designers, IT Business Relationship Managers, and other IT teams to build and deliver a balanced portfolio of strategic and tactical digital and innovation projects. You will engage with suppliers, business stakeholders, and team members to scope, plan, and deliver new projects, while also supporting existing solutions through continuous improvement. You will be encouraged to work proactively, managing your tasks and collaborating effectively with senior managers, directors, and partners to enhance our delivery and identify opportunities for additional services.
