Availability, Reliability & Maintainability Engineer

You will join a growing team of 13 individuals based across our sites at Brough, Filton, and Barrow, tasked with AR&M analysis and creating case reports against combat systems. This team conducts its own AR&M analysis and generates its own reports and calculations to ensure availability targets are met for the systems of the submarine. The role requires a lot of collaboration and engagement, providing you the opportunity to liaise with a range of stakeholders from the MOD, Dreadnought Alliance system owners/designers, as well as external suppliers during design reviews, and with Combat Systems senior managers. Joining this team allows you to influence the design of the Dreadnought platform from a Combat Systems perspective and mentor new team members to further support our capability.
