Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of agency experience in a digital environment, designing websites that achieve tangible business results.
- Proven experience in designing websites and digital platforms for medium to large businesses, collaborating with experienced client marketing teams.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and final website designs.
- Competency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) for creating supporting assets.
- Understanding of user experience design principles as they apply to B2B websites.
- Highly organized and reliable, capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, confidently articulating design choices to clients and partnering with developers, marketers, and content teams.
- Open-minded and curious, receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous learning in digital design.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Design & Conceptualization: Transform client goals, written content, and brand guidelines into innovative web design concepts and wireframes.
- UI & Prototyping: Utilize Figma to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and responsive web designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Content Layout & Structure: Design page layouts that effectively communicate messages, create strong user journeys, and optimize conversion paths.
- Branding & Visuals: Ensure all website designs adhere to brand guidelines, thoughtfully incorporating typography, color schemes, and visuals to enhance user experience.
- Amendments & Iteration: Manage design updates based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and consistency with best practices.
- Stakeholder Presentation: Present design solutions clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders, effectively communicating design choices.
- Collaboration & Organisation: Work collaboratively with developers and content writers to ensure the smooth implementation of designs.
- Market & Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest web design trends, UI best practices, and industry advancements.
