User Researcher

- I contribute to creating better products and services that effectively solve users’ problems and meet their needs. - I lead the research for my team, suggesting the best approaches and methodologies to capture the right user insights. - I plan and conduct qualitative studies, including remote and in-person interviews, observations, diary studies, concept testing, and usability studies. - I employ quantitative methods such as surveys to identify actionable insights and collaborate with the analytics team to enhance qualitative findings. - I consider the end-to-end user journey and external factors that may impact user experience, including business, policy, and technical constraints. - I communicate research findings and involve my team in analysis and synthesis to develop empathy with users and enable evidence-based design decisions. - I help embed user-centered design and user research best practices into teams and the wider business.
