Must:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency setting. You should have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. A strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform design across print and digital is essential. Motion design and video editing skills are a must-have. We value creative thinkers with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex ideas. Being a collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills is important. While basic HTML knowledge is a plus, it is not essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design multi-channel creative assets for various campaigns, ranging from internal communications and airline marketing to tech product promotion. Your responsibilities will include delivering a range of artwork such as eShots, web banners, social media assets, animations, exhibition stands, brochures, POS, and merchandise. You will produce storyboards, GIFs, and short animations using motion tools like After Effects. Working within established brand guidelines, you will ensure consistency across all materials. Collaboration with marketers, designers, and external print and production suppliers will be key as you interrogate briefs, understand target audiences, and bring campaign messages to life visually. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and analyze creative performance through A/B testing, applying insights to future work.
Description
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000, along with excellent benefits. It is maternity cover until 2027, with the potential for a permanent position afterward. Our office is located in Ellesmere Port, easily commutable from Liverpool, Wirral, Warrington, and North Wales, with a hybrid working model requiring 3 days in the office. We provide a significant annual company bonus in addition to your base salary, 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays), and a 5% employer pension contribution.
