Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking a Strategy and Transformation Specialist with solid experience in cyber strategy, risk, maturity, and transformation.
- I expect familiarity with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2.
- Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, M.Inst.ISP, or a Master’s level education in cybersecurity or related fields are required.
- I need someone who has demonstrated the ability to lead cyber transformation projects within large or complex organizations.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying cyber risks and strategies to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in managing delivery teams and projects using agile or waterfall methodologies is also necessary.
Responsibilities
- I will rely on you to lead the development and delivery of cyber strategy and transformation initiatives.
- You will engage with senior stakeholders and translate cyber risk into pragmatic business solutions.
- Your role will include designing governance and operational frameworks that support regulatory compliance and enhance cyber maturity.
