Must:
We are looking for a skilled INF Security Consultant who must be a CHECK Team Leader member or hold an equivalent certification. You should possess excellent general penetration and application security testing skills, complemented by commercial experience in a similar role. Additionally, you must be willing to undergo the UK government clearance process (minimum SC clearance). Strong report writing abilities in high-standard written English are essential. We value confidence, dynamism, and enthusiasm for collaborating to deliver effective security guidance and solutions, along with great customer-facing skills. You should be capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, distilling complex technical information for a non-technical audience, and possess strong time-management and organizational skills. CHECK Team Leader status or equivalent qualifications, along with eligibility for SC clearance, is required.
Responsibilities
In your role, you will be responsible for the following: delivering high-quality penetration testing, application security testing, and red-team engagements; organizing your own and others’ schedules; assisting in proposal writing and scoping; managing customer relationships, including debriefing; and supporting the broader team in the delivery of technical engagements. As a small and dynamic enterprise, you will have opportunities to participate in the wider development of the company and service lines, deliver staff and customer training, and undertake development and research projects.
Description
This position is remote, with the option to work from our head office in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. Depending on customer requirements, travel to various customer locations across the UK will be required. We are offering a competitive salary range between £65k and £95k, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a robust benefits package that includes funded training opportunities, a 5% matched company pension, private healthcare, an Employee Assistance Programme, 25 days of annual holiday (increasing to 30 days after 3 years), and a death in service benefit of three times the salary. Our work environment is excellent, including annual training days and social events. We are looking for versatile consultants who can showcase skills across a wide range of expertise, especially in penetration testing qualifications such as OSCP and CRTO, security-related cloud vendor qualifications from Microsoft, Amazon, or Google, and experience in delivering red-team engagements.
