Must:
I am looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly with finance modules. A background in finance or accounting is desirable, though not required. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to translate technical and financial language across teams. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. You should also feel comfortable working in a small team and with external service partners. Being well-organized and confident in managing priorities during a system rollout is important.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support and manage D365FO finance modules, including Payments & Invoicing, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable. You will act as the primary in-house systems administrator, collaborating with a Managed Service Provider. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and supporting other SaaS financial and reporting tools, such as OneStream. You will work closely with the Finance Director and the wider team to ensure smooth system operations, manage and deliver reporting requirements across D365FO and related systems, and provide user support during the implementation and rollout phases. Additionally, you will act as a link between finance and IT, translating business needs into effective system solutions.
Description
This position is located in London and is fully office-based, under a permanent contract. This role is perfect for someone with a finance background who is eager to move further into systems administration, bridging the gap between finance and IT while preparing for the final phase of a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation.
