Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience implementing PSA Software into mid-to-enterprise organizations.
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proven technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about solving business problems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, and client management.
- Experience with products like NetSuite, OpenAir, Kantata, Kimble, Mavenlink, FinancialForce, Certinia, Changepoint, Planview, Deltek, Monday, or other PSA products.
- Any experience with Salesforce would be desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites in the UK or Europe.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant working directly with clients, I will act as an advisor, building strong and trusted relationships. I will deliver end-to-end consulting services on the PSA solution to support customers' business needs. Typical projects will involve requirement gathering workshops, documentation, data migration, system configuration, testing, integration, change management, and client engagement. I will have the opportunity to own these projects and work with clients across the UK and Europe, primarily in a remote capacity with occasional travel to client locations required.
