Requirements
Must:
We require candidates who have recently worked in Central Government. You must have experience with the ServiceNow platform, including modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB. Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions, is essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of REST/SOAP API Integration for building and consuming APIs for third-party integrations is necessary. Applicants should also possess knowledge of ServiceNow Workflows, particularly in designing and implementing Flow Designer and legacy Workflow Editor. Experience with Service Portal Development, including custom widgets, pages, and themes, is expected. Proficiency in JavaScript, the core scripting language of ServiceNow, is required. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration is critical, along with familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Description
This position is hybrid, requiring you to work 2 days in London and 3 days remotely. Please note that the role falls inside IR35, and you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
