- Prior experience in Learning and Development (L&D)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of various training methods, including technology-based learning
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 Applications
- The ability to work calmly and constructively in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to manage your own workload
- Initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
As an Information Exploitation & Capability Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational and strategic support to the Senior Information Specialist in developing and delivering strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with our organizational goals and comply with relevant policies, standards, and legislation.
- Supporting the monitoring and reporting of progress against Knowledge & Information Management (KIM) objectives, along with providing insights and recommendations to aid decision-making.
- Championing the development of KIM capabilities across the organization while identifying skills gaps and recommending training or upskilling opportunities.
- Advocating for a culture that values knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Guiding stakeholders in the best practices to ensure information accessibility and maximize value to the organization.
- Supporting the adoption and effective use of digital tools to streamline processes and enhance smarter working.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and support the delivery of appropriate solutions that manage risk and decision-making.
- Performing any other reasonable duties aligned with your position as needed.
Description
We are offering a competitive package with a salary range of Β£39,500 - Β£45,000, dependent on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, we operate a 9-day working fortnight, allowing every other Friday off, and provide hybrid working arrangements on an informal basis. To succeed in this role, you will need to obtain and maintain DV security clearance, which we will fund.
