Requirements
Must:
- Experience in OutSystems development, ideally in customer-facing or professional services roles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively explain technical components to non-technical users.
- Proven experience working in Agile development teams.
- Ability to collaborate with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and to shape technical solutions accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to independently perform root cause analysis.
- Autonomy and proactivity in managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience communicating with stakeholders to address their requests while navigating an environment with governance.
- Proficiency in web applications using modern web technologies (e.g., CSS, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery).
- Understanding of UX design principles and the ability to apply them in application/solution development.
- Knowledge of database modeling and SQL programming (e.g., joins, count, group by, indexes).
- Familiarity with C# and .NET, including commonly used code libraries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification.
- UK residency or UK citizenship to support eligibility for security clearances.
- Experience working with OutSystems applications that utilize a micro-services architecture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fantastic low-code solutions for enterprise-level client projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to support the implementation of innovative solutions that address complex technical and business challenges while adhering to best practices.
- Operate within an Agile team, following established Agile methodologies.
- Engage and coordinate effectively in a multi-supplier environment.
