Requirements

Must:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or development role. - Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, SSL, DNS, and general website performance concepts. - Front-end skills: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Back-end skills: PHP, particularly in WordPress environments. - Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly Shopify and WordPress. - Experience with database management and SQL. - Great written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work. - Ability to work proactively, methodically, and at speed. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer, I will serve as the primary contact for client support, troubleshooting issues across platforms such as Shopify and WordPress. This role will demand strong web technology expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to deliver solutions. I will leverage both front-end and back-end skills to efficiently resolve client issues. Adaptability and a willingness to learn will be essential as our tech stack evolves. Additionally, I will collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely support and continuous improvement of client platforms.
