Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have past experience as a Business Analyst, along with strong skills in process mapping and user acceptance testing (UAT). Experience in service design and information management system projects is essential. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organization, and analysis skills are also required. It would be highly desirable for candidates to have experience with iTrent and HR and Payroll systems and processes, as well as a Business Analysis qualification.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will support the HR and Finance Systems Programme Manager and the iTrent project team in transforming and modernizing the HR and Payroll service. This involves replacing the existing Oracle system with iTrent and developing robust, efficient processes. I will provide business analysis services to aid decision-making by applying various analysis techniques and tools. Additionally, I will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to document, improve, and design effective business processes across HR and Payroll, focusing on efficiency and value for money to ensure the successful implementation of the new iTrent system.
Description
This position is hybrid-based and offers fantastic public sector employee benefits. The salary for this role ranges from £42,226 to £48,226. The contract is fixed-term until the end of November 2026.
