Must:
We are looking for a Product Developer who has experience or studies in product design, development, or a creative field. You should possess a good understanding of design trends and experience using Adobe Creative Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, are essential. We value a motivated and proactive team player who is eager to learn and grow. Previous exposure to the homeware or retail industry would be an advantage.

As our Product Developer, you will support the creation and development of new homeware products from concept through to delivery. You will research market trends, competitor ranges, and opportunities for innovation. Preparing engaging product presentations and supporting client meetings will be part of your role. You will manage sample progress, tracking timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met. Building relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve “right first time” results is crucial, as well as developing your knowledge of costing, production methods, and materials.

This position is based in Market Harborough and allows for hybrid working with three days in the office. We offer a salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience. This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in developing products from concept through to final sample.
