Requirements
Must:
- A strong portfolio of live websites that you have personally built in Webflow.
- Proven experience building clean, semantic, and fully responsive websites from scratch using Webflow.
- A solid understanding of web design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, along with a strong grasp of HTML and CSS principles as they apply within the Webflow environment.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage your time effectively across multiple projects.
- Highly desirable: Proficiency in Figma for interpreting designs and collaborating with the creative team.
- A plus: Basic knowledge of JavaScript for implementing custom code or third-party integrations.
Responsibilities
- Take Figma designs, wireframes, and brand guidelines and transform them into pixel-perfect, fully responsive websites using Webflow.
- Build and manage dynamic content using Webflow's CMS, creating scalable and easily manageable sites for both clients and our internal team.
- Implement engaging interactions and animations that enhance the user experience and bring our creative concepts to life.
- Ensure all website builds are meticulously optimized for performance, accessibility (A11y), and on-page SEO best practices.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and digital marketing teams to support the ideation, briefing, and creation of high-converting campaign landing pages.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and support for existing client websites built in Webflow.
- Stay current with the latest Webflow features, capabilities, and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
